Chariots becoming core with a Warlord and Hunters are Core by default

If only the official hunters were ever actually available for less than a small fortune! It’s the only main unit I don’t have! Core chariots is interesting - could be a bit spammy but could also be a lot of fun!
Hunters are my preferred Ogre unit.
Never fielded more than 1 unit Siegebreakers.
I like the fact ogres didn’t lose attacks like comparable units.
But I don’t like the disappearing of wranglers and sergeants with crossbows.
I fear there will be several units or options more we won’t see again.

Maybe when it’s ogres turn for a refresh they could do a hard plastic sprue for hunters and berserker braves?

Also kind of mad that they have got rid of the paymaster! A beautiful model!
One other thing - do troops unlock, are they always auxilliary or does it depend (or do we not know). Thinking about ogre lists - Going to need a lot of warriors / boomers to unlock two battallions (4 regiments that used to be hordes)
Everything unlocks unless it is Auxiliary, and what units are Aux depends on the lists
We have seen unlocking Troops as well as Auxiliary Hordes by now, for Ogres their Troops are not Aux
Bob confirmed on FB that Toop sized units of warriors, hunters and boomers are Core, not Auxiliary.

Also +1 to hunters being the best Ogres. My brother will be happy chariots can be core, as he painted a chariot-based Ogre army like 6 months ago!

Blood worms and horror rift weavers gone. Looks like they mean it when they say if they don’t make it, it will probably be gone. Which also means a mantic mammoth is incoming…
It owuld be great if someone (like @Boss_Salvage ) were to collect all these up and post them like this nightstalker one

Core shadow hounds is interesting, they’ve been irregular for so long.
A spam army of them could be hard to deal with.
Looks like my double dread fiends are coming to an end.
