That’s great, as are the whole watch based books.

I absolutely adore the love and care put into this army! Please keep up the work and I’m looking forward to seeing more

Question: Where did you get the round shields for the dogs of war/spearmen?

Thanks very much - it’s a fun, never-ending slide into hobby insanity!

The shields came from the oathmark skeleton and Wargames Atlantic dark age irish kits Iirc

Completed army for NKGT - went 1/1/3. List has got promise but you have to get the best out of a thousand points of flyers, which i didn’t!

More militia done and some archers.

@Sceleris I’m loving that collage of the market when they all fit together like that… but…for me. based on my initial reaction … It needs a Wally hiding in there :-p

I’ll find a suitable model and paint one!

it’s a suitable collage of imagery, an assault on the eyeballs but in a good way

After pottering around with lots of other projects, got inspired to do a few more bits for this sprawling effort

Only had one phoenix for the Basilea/Brothermark chunk, which appears to be practically criminal given every list you seem to see!

Started on the D&L model, which is similarly styled/sized to the mantic one, and will be done in the same colours (‘real’ feathers and blue fire).

Despite the size of the army, don’t actually have too many foot knight/paladin units - so a couple of boxes of WGA and fireforge ones should solve that. Plus i need to get round to cleaning up 40 odd metal halberdiers!

The Basilea side did get a run out earlier in the year - going 1/1/1 with a Sisterhood heavy list, using the victrix dacians as ‘angry bearded women’

Besides the all the interesting model finds, inventive conversions, awesome basing and nice paint jobs there isn’t much to see in this thread…

Actually what I would like to see is how your store and transport all this.

Cheers!

Lots of storage boxes! Some armies will fit in a large tool box for events, otherwise luggage strap up the storage box and off we go.
