^ this really.
No issue with new army in the first book (and will do a xirkaali army at some point) and a new one in the last would be an interesting way to round out the narrative

No time was mentioned.
But I expect new armies with book 5 or 6.
And maybe even new models for already released armies.
You can’t really let Basilea get new models for knights and Menatarms (which were both okay) but don’t offer new models for a unit people want to get renewed since its release. The sister on foot qualify for new models and there should be a wave for all sisters, no matter if wielding a flail, using a bow, riding a panther, steering a chariots or being the abbess.
Dwarfs, Elves, Orcs - and to a certain degree Undeads too - could all need new models.
Not only for unreleased units or made from Restic, but the hard plastic ones too.
PVC cavalry was a weakness across many mantic armies - at least now there are HIP armoured horses & riders you can potentially see 3d print parts to cover a variety of units, not just paladin knights.
The horse sprue says something like ‘generic horses’ on them. So I guess we will see those horses in several armies.
Which could prove to be a problem, like before. The old horses have been used for elves, soul reavers, Knights, Abyssal Horsemen and probably more.
And you could tell they don’t fit. They were to big or the aesthetics of the barding did not fit to the armour of the rider.
The Basilea knights were the only unit looking real good with the old horses.
I have to disagree, the horses are looking good on the soul reavers as well.
The new ones though, are stripped down. Lots if pieces you see on the paladin knights are from the knights sprue and not from the ones with the horses. So it seems, Mantic put a little more thought into it rather than just using the exact same horses for several armies.
