Hi, does the rule of troops having shambling still permits them to charge but not double move?

I had to ask this for a friend of mine that has an undead army.

Yes shambling only prevents Moving at the Double.

Yeap charges are fine.

It gets interesting with terrain - you are nt really slowed down as you can nt double, but are still hindered if you charge. As a surge into combat counts as a charge that’s also hindered.
