What does (0)mean on stats understand 2 means 2 max U only one but can find 0

It means you can’t take any!
There will be a hero in the list that changes the number though.
Effectively so that some units/themes are unlocked by the relevant hero.

Note it is broken for ambush lists. If you try to make an ambush list it says everything is [0], but you can just ignore it.
For example in FoN the Knight Champion as the following rule:
“Nature’s Knights (Regiments) in this Battalion are [2], Order of the Thorn (Regiments) in this Battalion are [2]”
By default both are [0] in the list.
