Command order to two units

Let’s say I have two commanders, they cannot both give a command to the same unit.

  1. Can they both give the same command order to two different units?

If my commander can give two orders (f.i. Mother Beata), can she

  1. Give the same command order to two different units?

Yes, different warlords/champions can use the same command on different units in the same turn.

There is nothing in the rules which would prevent a hero with the ability to use two orders using the same one twice.

Also remember that if one hero fails a command on a unit, a different hero can try it again on the same unit.

I don’t remember which army, but I seem to remember that a hero having an ability that explicitly stated something like After issuing a command order this character can issue a different command order to another unit.

Mama just has “may issue 1 extra Gastromancy Command Order per Turn, and rolls 3 dice when attempting Gastromancy” - so provided its a G order no further restriction.
