I only have access to the free rules in the Companion App. Could someone help me understand what a Med-Bot does for the GCPS and Mazon Labs Medics? And is there an official model, or are we using a Tac Drone?
Med-bot doubles the ‘Medic’ special rule, going from 6 to 12.
There is a model but I think currently it is only as an STL from Mantic Vault
It is part of April 2024 pack, specific STL is called ‘The Eiras Contract’ .
Thanks! Does that double only the Med-Bot’s own “rule range,” or that of the medic in its unit as well? What happens if the medic dies?
The medics rule range, the Med-Bot is a ‘Drone’ unit. So it is not considered a model within the unit but part of the Medic.
If the Medic gets killed the Med-Bot is also killed. Drones can’t be targeted by enemies unless they have the ‘Sniper Scope’ Keyword. All drones are considered to have 1HP.
There is an page in the rules that fully explains what Drones can and cannot do so definitely check that out.
