Me and my brother were finally able to get a match in! Game lasted until round 4, when I realized that I’d been casting spells wrong the whole time and conceded 
(I also only had like, three units still alive and his army was practically untouched). As expected, got a ton of rules wrong, and made countless tactical mistakes… but hey, we still had a good time, and match 2 should go a lot better.

Ha, that sounds a lot like my first game! Mistakes and learning are part of the fun. I’m glad it was a good game!

it got much closer, and had fewer gaps in the session
