CoK24 in digital, which has just been released in the Mantic online shop, is available for free for anyone with a paid subscription to the Companion.
On the top of the main screen - or via the Account section (think the first takes you to the second anyway?) you can download CoK24 (and a couple of sci-fi rule updates)
