KoW in Glasgow/the Central Belt?

Anyone playing or thinking of playing KoW in and around Glasgow? Also happy to jump on the train for a game.

I belong to a couple of local wargames clubs where it’d be possible to play, if people were interested.

G3 Gamers in Glasgow used to have KoW community - but not sure if it’s that active now? @Gofur was involved previously iirc

I did contact him about four years ago, before being dragged into different branches of the hobby. Also brought some 3D printed terrain off him at Falkirk last year.

Edit: He appears to be running a games café in Glasgow. Will have to drop in.

I’m in Edinburgh and there’s a good group in Dunfermline too. There’s a decent mantic Scotland group on Facebook (I know…), I ended up joining Facebook with a fake name just for gaming.

Also, mantic Mondays at mighty minis in Whitburn. Every second Monday from 5th January 2026.

@screamingaddabs Is it just yourself in Edinburgh or are there a few KoW players? Whereabouts do you tend to play? Thanks for any info.

I often head to the place in Whitburn but there’s a group called Scottish South East gamers (I think) that meet at the navy club in town every Thursday. 3 or 4kow players in their group. They are also on Facebook. I can’t make it due to other commitments on Thursdays. They occasionally have Sunday meet ups too I think.

Thanks, I have a mothballed Facebook account I can use if required. I’ll follow these up.

I’ll be across at mantic Monday in Whitburn in two weeks, along with a few others. Happy to give you a game. If I was less busy with work kids and life I’d play more but I’m about once a month at the mo (apart from games at home with my kids)

Nice, I’ll send you a message on here.

It’s a nice shop and they have gaming tables downstairs.

More space downstairs than I’d expected!
