Just wondering if the 2 players starter set is worth getting ?
I’m interested if you could use the two starter fleets for campaign play as generic fleets ? Are they evenly matched ?

It’s a good set, and I would say the fleets are evenly matched.
I got the neoprene mat on the side, the paper mat it comes with is not the best.
have to agree here, if possible get the neoprene mat or any other sea themed mat in that size
but there is also the possibility to use some cardboard to glue the paper on to turn the mat into a board
It is a great start to be sure. Good value for the buck, plus some variety. I’m four large fleets behind my buckle now, but if I was to start again I would go for the starter set without a second thought.
