So Kings has kind of blown up at my little FLGS. I think we had 8 people playing last week and we had 1 or 2 that couldn’t show up. For people that are coming from GW, Nightstalkers are quite popular among those not looking to use existing minis.
I’m been printing out basic unit bases for people to use (but with base size embossed onto each!) and when someone asked for troop and regiment bases for Ogres, I decided to spend some time to do it right. And by right I mean magnetized!
A prototype. Some magnet holes were not deep enough and I forgot to put finger holes. Also I was trying to decide how many magnets were needed.
With those magnets the whole base will suspend from a steel plate
Then I went on to regular old infantry. A regiment and two troops
