Well. Orks were my first love according to tabletop games. It all started with a rock lobber followed by a big box full of green greatness, Orks with additional handweapons and bows, a chariot and a rider. Many more came and my horde grew.
In 2018 I multibased them for KoW. They were my second multibased army, basically just sand that was sprayed black and drybrushed in grey.
Now I have painted and built six armies for KoW and learned some things. Fourth edition makes me want to rebase the army as a whole. Inspired by the dorks with bows I want to try to build coherent bases. I don‘t know yet what units I will need, so I will start by ‚only‘ building the bases.
The pictures show the current state of the army. Let‘s see where this goes.
The new greens have arrived and I managed to get some painting done on one base. It doesn’t exactly feel right to already base the orcs without actually knowing what units I will use…
