Great looking army, very cohesive. I like the way the minis are arranged on the unit bases too.

With the yellow and brown on the ratkin, I think a different colour on the bases would help to make them stand out more.

To be honest, I have no creative idea on how to achieve such a stand out visually.

It might not fit your process but the larger pieces of cork could be a cooler grey amongst the mud. Or some green from flock to break up the brown - like a really muddy, chewn up field.
