Hi, the Oathbreakers of Forces of the Abyss have the rule: Vicious(Melee - Heroes Only)
First I thought it was an aura. Now I’m thinking that they have vicious but only against Heroes? Can anyone explain please?

Yes, Vicious (Melee - Heroes Only) would give them vicious against any heroes.
Note this is regardless of the type of hero they are fighting - so for example it would work against anything from the Abyssal harbinger to an archfiend or the well of souls [as they are Hero(Infantry), Hero(Titan) & Hero(Monster) respectively]

As a heads up though, that version of the Forces of the Abyss list has been superseded by that in the Clash of Kings 2025 book (and in the Companion by the ‘Forces of the Abyss 2024’ army).
Oathbreakers are now an upgrade to the Abyssal Guard and get default Vicious.
