While sculpting my own 15mm Hobgoblins a few months back I started making up some rules for them as well, based mainly on the KoM for KoW. Thought Id leave the rules here in case someone might be interested or have some feedback. 
It’s worth to mention that I aim to cover all of the army entries through Admiralty Miniatures, most of which have already been sculpted (and will be released in the fullness of time). The Tjubgob lore has been a co-operation between Mathias of Admiralty Miniatures and myself.
The Tjubgobs/Hobgoblins are considered to be an Evil army closely allied to the Tjublings/Abyssal Dwarfs.
