Wavering and nimble

When wavering if a unit choose to go back wards as move can they still use nimble …they are wavering but not disordered …

Thank you

Yes they can.

( note to your second point, From the rule book section on wavering:- In addition, the unit is Disordered )

But don’t forget that flying units lose nimble if they take a wound in combat.

I thought a waver disordered you. Therefore you can only use nimble when wavered as long as you aren’t a flyer?

Wavering causes you to become Disordered (p26 gamers ed); taking damage in combat means you are disordered, regardless of whether you are also Wavered.

You lose Fly if Disordered (and Nimble if granted that from Fly). You also lose Nimble if Disordered by a unit with Phalanx or Ensnare.

Thank you all, wavering was from nerve test post ranged phase so no combat damage …

So nimble would be lost if it was a flyer, otherwise you’re fine.
