Nice! Even though the ghost ships are cool, a proper undead fleet is always welcome!

I hope more undead ships come soon, because for now it’s impossible to build a fleet since we only have one main battle ship and that is unique [1].

Don’t know whether this is the full fleet list, or just what mirrors part 1 of the vault release?

That is the ghost fleet. The new STLs are for the new ‘Undead’ faction.
