Hey @DarkBlack , I’ll pretty up the base with grass and rubble, but nah, not planning on attaching any foliage to the model. Was thinking of that when painting my first Tree Herder a while back, but was too worried it would just eventually come off in pieces during transport, when I’d take it to tournaments. It got lots of green leaf and shrubbery detail and even a frog hiding on it on the back (more so than on the front), so it will feature lots of green colors anyways
Good stuff here!
I finally completed my “the monarch” mini. (Yes: that’s a 75x75, she’s massive)
Really like the result, lovely centerpiece!
It’s just that I need a lot of practice getting the 280 points worth of her on the battlefield…
That’s a great paint job, and a super neat miniature too!
Portal of Despair painted
The model is an Eldritch Portal I got from a 3D print shop I found on Ebay, then I glued a bunch of scarecrow arms onto, inspired by Bekinski’s work
very nice @ThelcarusCrisis
Thanks
first time trying to paint a light source, not certain on how I feel about the results
Nice base! What do you use as snow?
Many thanks @KptKeno . The Snow is baking soda, and usually, i paste PVA with a brush, and sprinkle it on using a tea strainer to sprinkle it on lightly . i hear people say that baking soda yellows with age, but i have models that were done a decade or so ago, and they still look fine.
Thanks @Nav , I’ll try that by time. It looks really natural.
Many thanks.
I like that style! Looks nice great and all the details are clear.
That is a pretty wee dog ya have there @KptKeno . nice model and great job of painting it
That army is coming along nicely, how much do you have left?
The mushroom is a nice touch.
Many thanks @DarkBlack .The Fly-agaric mushroom is a link between all of my goblin units, to tie them all together.
I’m currently out of models to paint, be them goblin or any of my other armies, and probably, the first thing i will look at in 2022 is repainting my Norse Bloodbowl team, as they were the first thing i painted after years of painting just 40k Orks,
That being said, there are still some Goblin models i am missing, :stinger, Banggit, A king on a Fleabag…
I did it! I managed to finish the regiment before the end of the year!
Just a few quick photos for now. I will try to take better ones with a nice background soon. I am really happy how they turned out. Especially that I have quite a few, long breaks in painting.

Now, what should I paint next?
Fabulous work @Swordmaster
