Gladestalkers or a kings champion!
Finished my Sharpshooters (MOMMiniatures) before years end
That makes 170 mostly speedpainted models this year.
Those elves look magnificent!
Wish I could take them on in person.
Gorgeous work
Oh, very nice sharpshooters. I wouldn’t have thought they were contrast painted. I like the entrenchments you’ve done making it obvious they are sharpshooters.
@Swordmaster those elves are epic!
Wow… that’s beautiful
Thank you! Who knows, perhaps there will be an opportunity one day?
One more model for my Herd this year:
Owl Goddess by Epic Miniatures
Cloak turned out a bit gloppy but very happy overall. She’ll be a Lycan Alpha / Moonfang in game. Base is done but it’s too humid right now to seal her.
Speaking of finishing, sealed and based my dryad:
She inherited the base from my Druid, as well as the role
Unless I manage to complete three Ice Elementals tonight, this will be the last painting of the year. The model is a Zombie Beholder from WizKids, and it’s playing the role of my second mind screech
These are definitely tempting and I have some models I like that would represent them well. But I promised myself to focus on those that would help me to complete 2000 points. I am still in the process of replacing the regiments I painted long time ago with the newly painted models.
This means that the following are left:
- Sea Guard Regiment
- Argus
- King
- Archmage
I think I will choose between Sea Guard and Argus at the moment.
Cheers!
Orlaf the Barbarian … A special thanks to the/( unnamed for his privacy) gentleman and fellow KoW forum person, who gave me this model. It is very very much appreciated .
@Sceleris Black is always a challenge to get right, especially over a large area, but the drybrushing, i assume, to help capture the details, is very well done. Added to that, is the sandy brown base of dried dead grasses, brickwork etc. which works really well to balance the miniatures on. The eye is well entertained by it all, bravo
Absolutely nothing wrong with that paint job.
The unit looks great, it’s fully painted and based, clearly shows what it represents and is finished.
Job done!
These look great! Good work!
