I’m interested in why you don’t like multi basing? @Remy77077
Pros:
- more dynamic modelling opportunities
- can create more options from mono-pose models
- more accurate base sizes than with movement trays
- faster army composition (grab-and-go a whole troop at a time)
- less likely to break, drop lose models
- less fingers (skin oil) touching models and damaging paint
- easier and faster to move around the board
- easier to pivot and clearer where the edge of the unit is and therefore reduces arguments and rules discrepancies and disagreements.
- easier to place units in, across, partially within terrain and hills. Ex. A regiment straddling an obstacle can have a troop on either side rather than having to split models off a movement tray
Can you share your cons?
